CrewCam Privacy Policy

CrewCam HRMS is an employee attendance, HR operations, communication, meeting and workforce management application designed for authorized employees and administrators.
1. Information We Collect
Depending upon app usage and permissions granted, CrewCam may collect:
- Employee code, user ID, employee name and mobile number
- Department, designation, role and joining information
- Profile details and employment information
- OTP verification status
- Face verification images
- Attendance records
- Check-In / Check-Out logs
- Office In / Office Out records
- GPS location and geofence verification
- Travel route and live tracking information
- Meeting attendance and site visit locations
- Leave requests and approval history
- Meeting details and Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- HR support messages
- Tasks and To-Do records

- Device identifier
- Firebase notification token
- Application logs
- Uploaded photos, files and documents
2. Permissions Used
- Location – Attendance, geofencing, meeting tracking and employee live tracking.
- Camera – Face verification, attendance selfie, profile photos and HR support.
- Microphone – Audio and video calls.
- Notifications – HR alerts, task reminders, attendance updates and OTP.
- Storage / Files – Upload documents and photos.
- Biometric – Device authentication before opening dashboard.
- Internet – Required for app services.

4. Location Data
CrewCam collects location only for work-related purposes including attendance verification, office movement, meeting visits, field tracking and travel sessions.
If enabled by your organization, live location may continue during official field duty to support workforce management.
5. Face & Biometric Verification
Face verification images are used only for employee identity verification.
Fingerprint verification is handled entirely by your device. CrewCam does not store fingerprint templates.
6. Information Sharing
CrewCam never sells personal information.
Information may be shared only with:
- Organization HR systems
- Authorized administrators
- Firebase services
- OTP providers
- Maps & Geocoding services
- Cloud storage providers
- Legal authorities where required by law
7. Data Security
CrewCam uses reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect employee information.
8. Data Retention
Attendance records, leave records, HR requests, meetings and audit logs are retained according to company policy and applicable laws.
9. User Rights
- Grant or deny permissions.
- Request correction of personal information.
- Request deletion where legally permitted.
- Contact HR/Admin for privacy requests.
10. Children's Privacy
CrewCam is intended only for authorized employees, administrators and business users. It is not designed for children.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of CrewCam indicates acceptance of the latest version.
